what is success - fitness blueprint - jersey city, njIt does not take some special ability to defy all odds and be on top of your goals. When we look at our current situation we begin to cast a shadow on what life has in path for us, we always wonder if we would finally be there.

YES YOU CAN AND YES YOU WILL!

Success is being able to look in the mirror and be proud of the person you have become to this day!
‘Success is not a destination but the journey to that destination’

VISION:
Vision is having in mind a desire of a goal that you want to see accomplished, and that would make the impact in this present generation and generations to come. Your vision is not just about you but for the people you do it for. People that you know! People that you have not met yet! People that you will never meet!

FAILURE:
Learn to overcome failure to become a great achiever for your goals. It is important to learn to recognize failure for what it is, failure is a LESSON LEARNED. Become aware of it and remember – WHY you do what you do, and who you do it for, and move forward with your new lesson learned. It’s a useful tool that will be used again to avoid making the same mistake twice.

TIME MANAGEMENT:
One of the most important strategies for using your time wisely is to reduce the time you waste. Learn to get good at managing your time and channel it into activities that would only help fulfill your goals.

PERSISTENCE:
In a race, nobody is better than anybody when we start, but it is what we do after that start that makes the difference. Your ability to keep running even when you feel like giving up is what makes you a champion in your race. All that matters is that you are moving towards your finish line and having fun with it!

COMMITMENT
You can resolve to be the very best at whatever you do. You can set any goal for yourself, but remember your life gets better when you get better. Make a plan and work on getting better in that area every day.
Start early and finish late. Work all the time you work, don’t waste time. Trust me – we will have lots of time to sleep when it is our day to sleep.
